曾經是國王歌手(King’s Singers) 成員的B. Chilcott，不僅是著名的歌手，更是傑出的作曲家與合唱指揮。這張CD是B. Chilcott為混聲無伴奏而創作，大部分的作品都是較大編制的組曲，傳統的和聲加上一些不和協音程，如歌的旋律與活潑的節奏，簡易又流暢的創作方式表達深度的情感內涵，更是B. Chilcott的創作特色。
