Seek ye the Lord while He may be found,

Call upon Him while He is near;

Let the wicked forsake his way,

and the unrighteous man his thoughts;

and let him return unto the Lord,

and He will have mercy upon him and to our God,

for He will abundantly pardon.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

and your ways are not my ways,

saith the Lord.

No, for as the heavens are higher than earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.

For as the rain and the snow fall from the heavens 

and return not thither 

but wat’reth earth, 

and maketh it to bring forth and bud, 

that it may give seed to the sower and bread to those who eat.

So shall it be with my word that goes forth from my mouth;

it shall not, return to me void,

but it shall achieve that which I please,

and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

For ye shall go forth with joy,

and shall be led forth with peace.

mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, 

and all the trees of the you into singing,

and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands,

For ye shall go forth with joy,

and shall be led forth in peace!

 

當趁耶和華可尋找的時候尋找祂，

相近的時候求告祂；

惡人當離棄自己的道路，

不義的人當除掉自己的意念；

歸向耶和華，

耶和華就必憐恤他，

當歸向我們的神，

因為神必廣行赦免。

我的意念非同你們的意念，

我的道路非同你們的道路，

這是耶和華說的。

天怎樣高過地，

照樣，我的道路高過你們的道路，我的意念高過你們的意念。

雨雪從天而降

並不返回

卻要滋潤土地，

使地面發芽結實，

使撒種的有種，使要吃的有糧。

我口所出的話也必如此；

絕不徒然返回，

卻要成就我的旨意，

達成我差它的目的。

你們必歡歡喜喜而出來，

平平安安蒙引導。

大山小山必在你們面前發聲歌唱，

所有的樹必在你們面前歌唱，

田野的樹木也都拍掌，

你們必歡歡喜喜而出來，

平平安安蒙引導！
