Wings over nest, shelter and hide

From mouth of night,

Rose with green calyx enclose, from storm and rain

Lid over eye, intangible dream, cover the sky.

Arms enfold lover and child

Safe withhold flesh and blood

From dread of dark and death by day

 

羽翼覆蓋巢上，呵護且藏匿

免於夜的吞噬

玫瑰綠色的花萼緊閉，免於狂風暴雨

眼瞼之於眼睛，難以理解的夢，覆蓋著天空

雙臂還抱著愛人和孩童

平安緩解了血肉之軀

對暗夜和死死亡的恐懼
