A rod Shall come forth,

And there shall come forth a rod out of the shall stem of Jesse,

a branch shall grow out of his roots shall grow

And the spirit of the Lord shall rest up on him,

the spirit of wisdom and understanding,

of counsel and of might,

the spirit of knowledge.

And in that day thou shalt say,

O Lord,

I will praise thee.

Be hold God is my salvation,

And be not afraid:

For the Lord Jehovah is my strength.

The wolf and lamb shall dwell,

And the young lion and the calf shall lie down together; 

And a little child shall lead them.

Their young ones shall lie down together.

And they shall not destroy:

for the earth shall be full,

of the knowledge of the Lord.

As the waters cover sea.

 

枝條會長出來，

從耶西的樹幹長出一根枝條，

一個樹枝應該從他的根長出來

耶和華的靈必歸在他身上，

智慧和悟性的靈，

勸勉大能的靈，

知識的靈。

在那一天，你會說，

喔，主，

我要讚美你。

在那一天，

你會說。

當然，上帝是我的救恩，

我會信任，

而不是害怕：

因為耶和華神是我的力量。

主，

我會讚美你。

在那一天。

 

狼必與羊羔同住，

獅子和肥牛同躺；

一個小孩子應該帶領牠們。

牠們的幼崽應該躺在一起。

牠們不會毀滅：

因為地上必充滿

耶和華的知識。

正如大海充滿水。
