I lift up my eyes to the hills;

From where is my help to come?

My help comes from the Lord,

The maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot be moved, 

And he who watches over you will not fall asleep.

Behold he who keeps watch over

Israel shall neither slum nor sleep;

 

The Lord himself watches over you;

The Lord is your shade at your right hand,

So that the sun shall not strike you by day,

Nor the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve you from all evil;

It is he who shall keep you safe.

The Lord shall watch over your going out and your coming in,

From this time forth forever more.

 

我向高山舉目

我的幫助從何而來？

我的幫助來自上主，祂創造天地。

祂必不讓你的腳搖動，

祂日夜不眠地保護著你。

祂不遲疑也不休息地保護以色列。

耶和華保護你，

耶和華在你右邊蔭庇你，

這樣，白日太陽必不傷你，

夜間月亮也不害你。

耶和華保護免受一切的災害。

祂將保護你的安全，

耶和華保護你的一切，

從今時直到永遠。
