Teach me to be kind,

To be thoughtful through and through.

Teach me to see others through the eyes of you.

Teach me how to care with compassion to match their pain.

Show me how to give with no thought of gain.

In my want to comfortable,

I can comfort none else.

Teach me there is no sacrifice that will not cost of myself.

Teach me to be last,

Putting others first of all,

for others can be great only as I’m small.
