Quant j’ai ouy le tabourin

Sonner, pour s’en aller au may,

En mon lit n’en ay fait affray

Ne levé mon chef du coissin ;

En dissant : il est trop matin,

Jenes gens partent leur butin:

A lui je m’abutineray

當我聽到鈴鼓聲響起，呼喚人們起身聆聽時
