Praisèd be the God of Love,

Here below and here above,

Who hath dealt his mercies so To his friend And to his foe:

That both grace and glory tend,

Us of old And us in th’end.

The great shepherd of the fold

Us did make For us was sold.

He our foes in pieces brake,

in pieces,

Him we touch And him we take.

Wherefores since that he is such and we do crouch

We adore Lord,

thy praises should be more,

We have none,

And we no store,

Praisèd be the God alone who made of folds one,

alone,

Who hath made of two folds one.

 

讚美上帝的慈愛，

普天讚美，

祂向朋友跟仇敵也施憐憫，

因祂是恩典與榮耀，

從最早到世界的末。

草原上最偉大的牧羊人，

卻為我們被出賣了。

祂為我們擋住敵人，

祂為我們做一切所需。

所以我們俯伏敬拜，

我們崇拜主，

對祢的讚美應更多，

我們是卑賤的，

只有上帝值得讚美，

只有上帝，

我們俯伏敬拜。
