街燈的光暈流淌著，
天很快就要亮了。天亮了嗎？我必須等待日出，
我得思考一下未來的生活。

當黎明到來，
今夜也將成為回憶，
新的一天就要開始。

日的盡頭都像燃燒過後的煙霧，
清晨的冷空氣帶著霉味。
街燈熄了，又是一夜過去，
新的一天即將破曉。

觸摸我，離開我是如此容易，
獨自體會往日陽光下的回憶。

你將明瞭快樂是什麼，

MEMORY描述Grizabella這隻貓她回憶著昔日的風光， 從一隻出入上流社會的美麗貓咪，變成了連同類都不屑一顧的落魄老貓,，但是 Grizabella 卻能從平淡之中了解幸福的真諦。而當她唱完MEMORY後，許多貓都被感動，老貓王就牽著她，迎向Jellicle(貓的天堂)，完美落幕。
